Credit packs
Top up Core or Active any time. Purchased credits expire after three months; credits included with a paid plan reset monthly. Free does not buy packs — it earns credits by keeping company data current instead.
What actually costs a credit
Only model-generated work — drafting a section, rewriting a deck, research with citations. Every calculation the product performs (runway, dates, dependencies, hiring impact) is arithmetic, and free on every tier including Free.
Seats
Core includes 3 billable seats and Active includes 5. Extra seats are $5/user/month, capped at $25/month — there is no hard team-size limit. Investor and viewer seats are never billable on any tier, so sharing with an investor costs nothing.
Changing your mind
Cancel from your billing settings without emailing anyone. You keep paid access to the end of the period, then drop to Free — nothing is deleted. Refund policy.
